Which router should i purchase?

I need a router that 4 people will use. I do a lot of gaming.

ASUS RT-N12 D1 IEEE802.11n or RT-AC66U IEEE 802.11ac...which router will fulfill my needs?

You should use AC-66U router. It's the best router. You will need an AC adapter to operate this. This router provides strong N, b, g wireless signals.
