Sorry helping out a friend here. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a router that would be good enough to support a small business network. The network has 4 subnetworks. We have four switches these are Cisco Catalyst 2960-24TT 24 port Switch. I want to connect these to a router but I am not sure which would best fit the situation.

Hi, I alway relate SO/HO with spending limits, I would use the 1800 series router, it will deliver mission critical business services. It alos can support wireless, VPN, T1 connection and much more. you can select unit with up to 8 ethernet ports and 2 gigabit ports. Click on the linkbelow for more information.

Though the SO/HO is probably cheaper we always use 2801's for out clients networks. You can use 4 port HWIC's to add networks or simply do router on a stick with switches.
