Why is netflow "not supported" on this Nexus 9300 ?

Hello.

It seems that netflow should be supported on this nexus 9300, but I receive below symptom...

9K1(config)# feature netflow
Netflow feature is not supported on the platform

Below is helpful link, and also this Nexus version data. May you please tell me why netflow is not supported here, or how I can fix this problem?

Your link describes that netflow is supported within the NXOS, but not on your device
Also there are numerous limitations 
-> check the release notes of NXOS: version 9.3(8) instead of the commands for Release 7.x

=> check if this applies to your installation
you may also be limited by licensing or NX-OS Software mode
