Hello @sandisugih21

Assuming it's XR64, do you have the OSPF rpm installed?

So, make sure the package is installed.

"show install ?" to see the options. I'd go "show install activate" on asr9k to see what packages are activated...

Hello Mr.M02@rt37,

I checked the OSPF module and it wasn't installed:
RP/0/RP0/CPU0:ASR9K#show install active
Tue Jan 21 14:07:40.521 WIB
Label : 7.11.2

Node 0/RP0/CPU0 [RP]
Boot Partition: xr_lv0
Active Packages: 1
asr9k-xr-7.11.2 version=7.11.2 [Boot image]

Node 0/0/CPU0 [LC]
Boot Partition: xr_lv0
Active Packages: 1
asr9k-xr-7.11.2 version=7.11.2 [Boot image]

Active Packages: 2
asr9k-xr-7.11.2 version=7.11.2 [Boot image]
