Will the FEX uplink act like an orphan port ?

Consider the following setup

2x 5k as part of a VPC setup a FEX switch which is connected with vpc portchannel with 1 uplink to each Nexus

If like in the picture, 1 of the 2 uplinks goes down. Does the remaining up port act like an orphan port?

No because its a fex it will still operate normally but with less throughput and resiliency
you can pull a link and run this it should show its not included
