Hi all, we have been having issues where the ap's wont communicate unless we send ping commands to them, as soon as we end this no one can connect. We have got a program called whats up gold keeping them alive. does anyone know why we have to do this ?

1. How many AP's?

2. Are the AP's Light Weight or Autonomous? 3. Are all the AP's connected using a single switch?

4. "ap's wont communicate". Please eloberate.
