i have
AIR-WLC4402-12-K9 and i want to upgrade its licnse to support another 5 Access-points.

is that possible ??

Unfortunately no. AP support is hard-coded.

Only the new WLC, 5508, 2508 and WiSM-2, support pay-as-you-grow.
