Hi,

     The provided link points me to the Genral Page of Design Guide. You can have two different type of HA with WLC, these being mutually exclusive:

              - HA wit AP SSO: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-7/High_Availability_DG.html 

              - HA with N+1 WLC: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/technology/hi_avail/N1_High_Availability_Deployment_Guide/N1_HA_Overview.html

Hi,

   Not sure how the initial question related to WLC HA, relates to your attached diagram. As you have VLAN's spanned across switches, you would need the links between switches to be trunk (ideally portchannel not independent links), and have the default gateway for all VLAN's in the middle switch, via SVI's.
