Wrong Firmeware WS-C3850-48F-L switch

The Wrong Firmware was loaded onto a WS-C3850-48F-L switch thus the switch is stuck in a boot loop.   I have since booted from USB with the correct firmware and the switch is up and running.  

If the switch is powered off It try to reboot with the bad firmware How can I get the the correct firmware to boot and get rid of the bad firmware?

If the switch is in ROMMON, delete the offending file using the command:

delete flash:<FILENAME.BIN>

If the switch is in regular mode, delete the offending file using the command: 

delete /f /r flash:<FILENAME.BIN>
