Recently did a "show cdp neighbor detail " on a switch and on the other side was a ip for an SVI that was used for voice, not the actual management ip. I was surprised to see that since it has its own management interface vlan with an ip. I can ssh to it with the management ip no problem, the issue is when doing "show cdp neighbor detail " from other switches its showing the wrong ip.
How do you influence on a box what management ip is displayed , so when using "show cdp neighbor detail " from another switch , i can see the right one?
