hello,
Ios of my switch was damaged. when it start and falls into rommon mode, I can´t access to the flash.
this is what happens when start:
The password-recovery mechanism is enabled.
The "MAC_ADDR" environment variable is not set.

i can´t copy to flash: from xmodem or tft to recover ios, because i don´t see the flash.

It sounds like you have done this to some extent already. Try the software recovery options:

Have you booted over TFTP and ran diags from a booted system?

one more thing, when switch start, it show me this

Its intesresting that the MAC_ADDR variable is not set either... I am really starting to thing something failed...
In rommon see if it lets you "set MAC_ADDR" to the mac address listed on the unit. This is more me wondering what happens than knwing what I'm talking about by the way... There is a remote shot it needs that variable to go further... long shot though...

I think there is a hardware problem whith flash, do you?

Sounds like the flash may have come loose. Re-seat the flash and try again.
You're using a 3750X so loading the IOS is as easy as booting the IOS from a supported USB stick. You don't need to go into XModem.
