WS-C2960L-48T -%QOS-6-POLICY_INST_FAILED:Service policy installation failed

Hi Community

I have a new switch C2960L, and try to configure "policy-map" on it.
But I can assign "policy-map" to only 8 ports, the rest of the ports report an error:

"Service Policy attachment failed"

Is there any limit to the number of ports with "policy-map"?

Switch:

WS-C2960L-48TS-LL  ios: c2960l-universalk9-mz.152-6.E2.bin

License Name : Lanlite

Log.event:

Oct 30 15:20:01: %QOS-6-POLICY_INST_FAILED:
 Service policy installation failed

Port Configuration:

interface range gigabitEthernet 0/1-44
 switchport access vlan 100
 switchport mode access
 spanning-tree portfast edge
 spanning-tree bpduguard enable

Then I use CTRL+C and CTRL+V per port number 1-44:

int Gi0/18

 description ## some description ##
 service-policy input PM-NAME-OF-POLICY-MAP

Result:

sh run | i GigabitEthernet0|service-policy
interface GigabitEthernet0/1
 service-policy input PM-NAME-OF-POLICY-MAP
interface GigabitEthernet0/2

Then I tried to set it manually:

switchname(config)#int gig0/4
switchname(config-if)#service-policy input PM-NAME-OF-POLICY-MAP
Service Policy attachment failed

But:

switchname(config)#interface GigabitEthernet0/1
switchname(config-if)#no service-policy input PM-NAME-OF-POLICY-MAP

!
switchname(config-if)#interface GigabitEthernet0/4
switchname(config-if)#service-policy input PM-NAME-OF-POLICY-MAP

!

switchname(config-if)#interface GigabitEthernet0/1
switchname(config-if)#service-policy input PM-NAME-OF-POLICY-MAP
Service Policy attachment failed

Some idea?

Hello,

try and configure:

sdm prefer qos

and check if that makes a difference...

Ther's no command

Switch(config-if)#sdm prefer qos
                             ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

I tried the same on IOS c2960l-universalk9-mz.152-6.E1.bin, but it's the same.
