WS-C2960L-SM-8TS cannot access web ui after firmware update

At the beginning, I connect only one PC to the switch, the PC running DHCP and can get a IP from the switch, then I can access the switch web ui (192.168.1.1), after login I haven't change any setting then I go to update the latest firmware downloaded from Cisco, after that a message shows that the update was successfully completed and ask me to restart the switch, after restarted I can no more access to the web ui and I also found that the PC cannot get a IP from the switch, what should I do to recover it?

I tried to fixed PC's IP (192.168.1.2 or 192.168.1.100), but it was still cannot access to the switch.

On the other hand, although I cannot access to the switch web ui, but I try to connect a router and a PC to the switch and it runs properly, means the switching function was work but the only issue is I cannot manage it via web ui.

I found that there are several similar case before but seems cannot find out the reasons and how to solve the issue.

If you console into the switch, what do you see after hitting enter?  Sounds like it could be in ROMMON (trust me - weirder things happen). If I had to guess, it's the boot command that's the issue.

If you see the ROMMON prompt (switch:), I would FLASH_INIT, dir flash: and boot to the .bin file.

If this isn't the case, and you are prompted with the switch name instead, something far stranger is happening, which if no configurations were changed before the reload I would find far more unlikely than the missing/mis-typed boot file.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

It would be helpful to know how the upgrade was done. In particular did you load a bin file from Cisco or did you load a tar or package file? The output of show version and of dir flash might be helpful.
