I wanted to see what the html version showed and in this format we have FAN 4 Failure Alerts. Please see attached. Can anyone tell me if there is or should be a FAN 4 to begin with?

Fan 4 is should be coming from the redundant Power Supply. If you don't have a redundant power supply option installed, then please disregard this.
If you do, then contact Cisco TAC and request for an RMA of the faulty component.

Thanks for the ratings. It doesn't report a "failure", per se. It just says that it can't detect the fan for the redundant PS.
