WS-C3560CX-8PC-S - Noise from PSU area?

Hi, 

Just acquired brand new WS-C3560CX-8PC-S from Cisco via reseller and when plugged in default configuration (I.e. from new) nothing connected there is what I can only describe as a crackle coming from the PSU area.  Whilst the noise isn't invasive (I wanted a finless switch for home study) I am concerned if it is not normal!!

I've check that the power cable is connected firmly.

Any ideas? Views? Normal?

Take a video recording of the unit and return the unit to the reseller.  The 8-port switch is fanless and should not be making any noises.  If the reseller is doubtful of your truthfulness, you've got a video to prove otherwise. 

Make sure the replacement unit is not a refurbished one and should be new.
