Good day everyone!

I have a switch 3560v2 with an IOS 12.2(50) SE1.

All the lights ON and console error message below:

POST: inline power post failed for port 0 up to port 15.

Then, the system hanged and all lights (indicator) ON.

Could everyone please help me on this issue?

Your help is very much appreciated.

Thank you and best regards,

Sanny

I do hope the unit covered by smartnet, but lets see what others have to say.

Thank you Mr. David! Yes, it's same problem. It's hanging after reading port 15-Inline power post failed.

Try rebooting the appliance with a different IOS.  I will never use this version.

If you're still getting the same error message, then RMA.

Good day everyone!

How do I copy/backup .dat file (configuration file) and config.txt from this switch3560 with an switch:prompt?

Mr. David gives me a link above with the same problem "Inline Power Post Failed.

I can bring this switch to switch:prompt by pressing mode button while connecting power cable.

I was able to see both IOS (bin file), config.txt and configuration (dat) file at switch: dir flash:

How can I copy or backup this configuration (dat) file from switch:prompt?

Could everyone please help me on this issue?

Your help help is very much appreciated.

Thank you and best regards,

Sanny
