WS-C3650-48TS switch iOS Update Failure

I was trying to upgrade the Cisco WS-C3650-48TS switch iOS image. After the upgrade process, when I tried to reload the switch, it wouldn't reload and showed the following output. How can I fix this issue?

What method was used to copy the firmware file into the switch, xModem?

I was using an external flash (usb0:) and copy to switch (flash:) and tried the boot system using this command: boot system flash:[new iOS name]

Change the baud rate of putty until the letters are clear.

 - It seems that the baudrate is not or no longer correct in PuTTY , try tapping the space bar during boot ,
