As long as the replacement unit is running the same IOS as the ones in the stack, you should be able to stack them.

yes we upgraded the IOS but we are confuse about model.
WS-3750G-24TS-S is compatible with WS-C3750G-24T
BUt previous switch has 24 ports and WS-3750G-24TS-S switch has 28 ports... is it cause any issue ?

The only issue will be in the configuration: If the configuration has those last 4 ports enabled with something.

You can mix and match any 3750 series within the same stack, however there are multiple considerations when doing so.
As Leo already mentioned (as the models are so similar), using the same IOS should permit stacking, and once the replacement unit has joined the stack you'll likely only need to configure the ports.
