WS-C3750V2-48PS-S switch some ports not releasing IP address

We have stack of 4 switches WS-C3750V2-48PS-S and  some ports in 1 switch misbehaving .

User is connecting laptop on port and in arp table it is showing IP assigned under the assign vlan for port but that IP is not reachable . and when I am checking on user laptop IPconfig/all it is showing apipa IP.

Is the DHCP scope configured correctly? Does the switch assign IPs or a server? Can you post the output of "sh run"?

Yes , DHCP scope is configured correctly some interface under same vlan having no issues with same configuration .

We have IP helper address configured for vlan. thanks to confirm you need show run for impacted interfaces or whole switch .

what is issue?
the DHCP or forward traffic ?

you should have to try below commands on the laptop.

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

have you tried that port shut/no shut.
