What are the main differences between the following two switches:

WS-C3750X-24P-L

WS-C3650-24PS-S

They are both POE+ and stack able, but the 3650 comes with 4 1Gig uplinks vs the 3750X does not.  You would need to purchase 1Gig or 10Gig uplink module separately. Also PSUs are different.
