WS-C3750X-48T-S one of the switch in Stack rebooting frequently

Hi All, 

 

we have 4 WS-C3750X-48T-S switch stack.

 

Switch 2 rebooting frequently , we have 15.0(2)SE11 (IOS).

is anyone had same issue ? what would be the fix (IOS upgrade , if yes which version fix this)

 - Have a console (use the console-port) connected to switch 2 and follow up on messages , before and after reboot (look for errors) in the time-windows when the device reboots. To accomplish this preferably use console-infrastructure setup which can keep the output for a while.

Is there any output to the command "remote command 2 sh log on up detail"?
