WS-C3850-24P, Transceiver in Unknown state

Good day.
I have a problem with the  WS-C3850-24P, it has the C3850-NM-4-1G module installed, but the interfaces appear in the UnkNown state, I connect the SFP tranceiver, but the interfaces are still in UnkNown.

I appreciate your support to be able to fix it.

What firmware is the switch on?

What is the model number of the optic?

What is the model number of the optic? transceiver GLC-LH-SMD; is similar to this:

Post the complete output to the command "sh version".

hi, the command dont show anything, the same result with any interface:
