Hi
In 4506-E chassis Installed WS-X4606-X2-E line card, I know that it has 24G bandwidth per slot and it allocated across 6 ports. I see that it has 2 port-groups, it is true that each port-group uses 12G bandwith? If I will use 1-3 port for 10G X2 it will share only 12G bandwidth?

Hi,
Yes, 3 ports in each port group that share 12Gig.
24-gigabit bandwidth is allocated across six 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports (2.5:1)

thank you for reply
can you explain meaning for (2.5:1) ?

24 Gbps slot capacity with a potential of 60Gbps (6 x 10Gbps) from connected devices so you are oversubscribed by 2.5:1 ie. 24 x 2.5 = 60.

OK
As I understand, on each port group I have 12G bandwidth, It is full duplex right? 12G up and 12G down synchronously?

Yes it is.
