Can WS-X6548-GE-45AF support supervisor VS-S720-10G?

                    SInce only one not supported supervisor is mentioned ,presuming OK,

VS-S720-10G (DFC4) supports line card with the prefix of 67XX, 68XX and 69XX.

WS-X6548-GE-45AF only has DFC3.

Have a look at this:  Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series 10/100- & 10/100/1000-MBPS Ethernet Interface Modules Data Sheet

Under Table 3, it states

The WS-X6548-GE-TX, WS-X6548V-GE-TX, and WS-X6548-GE-45AF modules do not support distributed forwarding; a WS-F6K-DFC and WS-F6K-DFC3A/B/BXL) cannot be installed on these interface modules.

These cards work with "regular" (non-VSS) Sup720 but they will not work with VS-Sup720.
