Hi..

My Question is pertaining to how the VCS will deal with 2 search rules with the same priority..

I read from the manual that if 2 search rules in a VCS have the same priority then the assigned zones are searched simultaneously.

But how will the VCS deal with the scenario where endpoint is searchable/found via both zones. Then which Zone will the VCS use to route the call? Also assuming that the native protocol of the calling endpoint is available via both zones.

Your assumption is correct.

VCS will try to reach out far end device in parallel with native protocol if multiple search rules match up with same priority.

You may experience Endpoint receive two calls (depend on configuration).
