21:9 Resolution on ultrawide screen with Cisco Webex EQ Codec

Hello all, we recently installed a Webex EQ system (RoomOS 11.9.3.1) with a 105" 21:9 Ultra-wide public display (ala Expanding our Capabilities with Samsung and Microsoft | Webex Blog). However, the display is current stretched in 16:9 mode.

Is there a specific RoomOS version, or setting to enable the 21:9 ratio for these ultrawide devices?

I've checked all the guides but can't find anything specific for it?

do you have any snap .

please check below settings 

go to VC Endpoint GUI ->Setting->Video->Output->Resoultion->Auto

I tried my Cisco Bar Pro with a 21:9 LG (105BM5N) and it auto negotiated the resolution / aspect ratio over HDMI.  Worked with both MTR OS and Room OS.

You may want to also check and make certain the cabling solution you are using supports EDID between the two devices.  If you are going over a very long cable or using HDMI over EDID unsupported Ethernet extenders you may be loosing the EDID information.
