2N/Axis IP Verso intercom do not establish video to CP-8845

Trying to get video established when I call from the IP Verso to a Cisco 8845, I got black screen.

TAC still figuring out after weeks, calls from the IP Verso to a CSF or TCT client establish the video but when calling the 8845 video is not coming up.

Task done:
1. Configuration in the IP Verso, using H.264 BP, Packetization Mode 1 with SDP payload 126 and VGA 15fps 512kbps to 2048kbps.
2.Several firmware's on 8845.
3. SIP Normalization on SIP(adv) device to match working 200 OK (SDP) going to IP Verso from CUCM on the 8845 call.

And so much more, any ideas/hints are much appreciated. thank you

Have you tried calling other Cisco devices - do you have any DX or Room Kit, Desk, etc? Here's one thought - I doubt this is it, but perhaps it's the resolution? I see your intercom device is only capable of VGA or CIF, both of which have a 4:3 aspect ratio. The 8845's camera and screen are 16:9. Generally speaking I'd say this should still work, but trying to think out of the box.  Hope this helps.

I just tested in an old MX200 that is registered in the same CUCM and it worked!!! not sure why is not working on the CP-8845.

thank you for you input it is good to know that video is working in another hardware endpoint.

That's interesting - it's quite possible the 8800 series phones don't support VGA. The datasheet doesn't have that level of detail - I'd ask TAC

According to the Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series Administration Guide for Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

VGA is supported.

Cisco IP Phone 8845, 8865, and 8865NR supports the following video formats:

720p (1280x720)
WVGA(800x480)
360p (640x360)
240p (432x240)
VGA (640x480)
CIF (352x288)
SIF (352x240)
QCIF (176x144)

Thanks for the input.

Finally, it is working, ended up being the switch port with ISE enabled or not configured correctly, dropping the RTP packets.

Thanks PJMack for your inputs...
