Trying to get video established when I call from the IP Verso to a Cisco 8845, I got black screen.TAC still figuring out after weeks, calls from the IP Verso to a CSF or TCT client establish the video but when calling the 8845 video is not coming up....
Thanks Bill, I checked bug CSCvn91181 and seems system is not affected by this one as % of false records is low and also count is NOT higher than 50k records.I'm still checking the other two bugs.The deal is I'm not that skilled to deal with the CUIC...

I just tested in an old MX200 that is registered in the same CUCM and it worked!!! not sure why is not working on the CP-8845.thank you for you input it is good to know that video is working in another hardware endpoint.
