My end users are used to the OBTP experience from their usage over the last 5 years. Unfortunately TMS cannot provide OBTP for conferencing devices that it does not manage. What is the best way for me to provide OBTP to my endpoints?
I did a network sniff on TMS and saw that TMS access an API on the endpoint called 'bookingsputxml'. It looks like a pretty straightforward API but I don't see it documented anywhere by Cisco. Does anybody have instructions on this API?
