Hello,

Is Cisco still supporting the 3rd Party SNMP services ?

Using a 3rd Party SNMP service on Cisco Video Device ? unable to save the configuration or view the 3rd Party service pushed on Cisco Touch Panel ???

It was previously planned that SNMP would be removed in RoomOS 11, but that has been changed and basic SNMP will continue to be supported until further notice.  So, yes, SNMP is still available.  See the RoomOS 10.15 Admin Guide for the configuration options.
