7962 phone is dialing random outside numbers when going off hook

7962 phone is dialing random outside numbers when going off hook. Firmware is SCCP42.9-3-1-1SR1-1. If number is dialed before going off hook, the call goes thru. Has anyone experienced this ?

Yes, I have an instance where 7962 phones randomly dial external number when picking handset and then trying to dial.

I was able to get it to work by disabling enbloc dialing under Phone profile.
