I was wondering if anyone has experienced a problem whereby a 7985 resets during a video call. This happens intermittently. The 7985 drops the call, the LCD goes blank, the red LED is on for a few seconds then it comes back. It doesn't seem to go through a full reboot (DHCP, TFTP, etc). My Call Manager is 4.1.3sr2 and the 7985 is on 4.1.2. It is powered from a mains cube. I have tried a different switch port. The video call is to a VTA client at the same site. Since this is a new video phone, I am wondering if I should RMA back to Cisco.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

before you RMA, try to see if the phone load is a problem.
you can either search the bug toolkit or just try a different load on the phone.
also, you may consider installing the SR3C for 4.13. this has fixes for some 7985 issues.
