Hello,
I recently purchased some 8945's for ymy BE5000 (8.5.1) and cant seem to get the phone to register.
I upload 9.2.2 with the qed and cop files and the device is listed now under phone types. I have also restarted the TFTP.
Are the device packs required as well? This is a single node system. Do I need to restart the server?
The status messages are "CTL cannont be download from ip address of call manager"

Hi Matt,
This seems to be resolved by a reboot of the Pub in your case I have seen some other
threads where stopping and starting the callmanager service worked as well. I don't know why
this isn't documented on the qed notes, but seems to be a common problem.
