Hi All,
My VNOC Team have reported a strange issue when they're booking calls. They schedule a conference from the TMS booking menu, but when they added a certain endpoint to the call, for some reason when they saved the conference the CMS cluster would disappear from the conference? The TMS would display the following error "Could not set up conference with the following Participant(s) XXXXX"
They checked their bookings and confirmed the endpoint wasn't on another scheduled call.
Has anyone else experienced this behaviour?
Kind regards,
Rob

Hello,
You should check for logs from CMS.
CMS have a lot of logs, and you can find reason of your issue.

It could be that the codec added has a multipoint license..... and the CMS (bridge) would no longer be needed now that the codec with Multipoint has been added.
Check TMS setting to "always use a bridge" and it won't try to use the codec for scheduled point-to-point, or multipoint calls.

Sorry for the late response, but this wasn't the issue as the endpoints are set to "always use bridge"
Many thanks.
