Admin username and password requested by cisco tablet

Hello Team,

One of our end customer is facing to a software issue.

They have upgraded their Telepresence device X300 G2 CE 9.7.1.

After the upgrade they have noticed that the Touch (DVX-10+) requires admin login/password everytime it comes from standby mode.

A factory reset of the Touch didn't solve the issue.

Could you please advise?.

Try putting in the username and password you use to access the remote interface of the unit. If you do not have one, go to the web interface of the endpoint and create a new user with admin, audit, and user roles. You can also add in RoomControl and Integrator controls as well.
