Hi everyone,
need some help please ,,,,
I have an ATA187 working with CM Version 7.1.5.33050-1. I've connected an analog line cord from port one of the ATA 187 to a Bogen PCM 2000 paging unit. When I place a call to the ATA it answers and connects with the Bogen PCM 2000 and I can page, however when I hang-up the active call the ATA immediately presents a busy signal on the Bogen PCM 2000. I've tested this setup without the Bogen PCM 2000 connected to the ATA and used a 2500 analog phone set and the ATA disconnects after hang-up and does not present a busy signal??
Anyone experience this problem with the ATA connected to a paging system?
Thanks in advance!

I think this issue has been fixed recently via the following bug:
ATA 187 Should Support Delay Fast Busy on Connected Party Disconnect
The ATA-187 release 9.2(1) should have the fix. They have introduced new option to
"Mute Progress Tone" on the ATA-187 and also to control how long ATA-187 would play reorder tone after the other side ends the call.
You can get the QED and Firmware from CCO and install them according to the
installation instructions.

Hello Guys,
I had the same issue with a Bogem TAMB2 device and configuring as "enabled" the Mute Progress Tone feature in the configuration of the ATA in the CUCM solved the issue.
