How many available audio ports you have will be dependent on what resources you are scheduling. CMS, Telepresence Server, MCU, older MPS, etc. For example if you have an old Codian 4505, that could handle 12 video plus 12 audio ports. TMS doesn't really play into the answer here, it's all about the bridging resource you are using.
