LO ,
On a MX800 behind H323 gatekeeper & paired with an ISDN link , i cannot find how to autodetect wich protocol should be used. (H323/H320)
When calling an ISDN/PSTN number, by default H323 is selected & call is dropped.
Users must always select manually ISDN line / Audio only when needed.
Thx for your help !

can you add the gatekeer config to this post and tell us what the extension and IP of the MX800 is.

Using the ISDNLink, there is no way for it to tell whether you want to call H.323/H.320/SIP unless you tell it to - it will revert to your Default Call Protocol unless you specify otherwise.
If you were using a more centralised ISDN gateway for your environment (like a 3241 gateway), you can then use rules to detect different prefixes or suffixes to route certain things to the ISDN as voice only.
Your best bet is likely to be to set the default call type to the type of call that is dialled the most from the unit, and then manage the other manually (ie, if more phone / ISDN calls are done, set H.320 as the default call type).
