automatic disconnect UCS manager GUI session with message "err code: 551"

Dears ,

      i have a strange issue on UCS 5108 where my current ucs manager is 2.0(5e) , while iam logging GUI to UCS manager for 10-15 minutes i have automatic window message stating that err code:551 and err description: authentication failed , what is cause this error message ????

Also , i have 2 FI and 2 UCS chassis 5108 connected to them , if i gonna to upgrade the firmware of UCS from 2.0 to 2.1 on Fabric interconnects and on 1st UCS chassis , Can i leave 2nd UCS chassis with its related blade servers running with the old Version 2.0 for the time being ??? or it will not compatible with FI firmware which upgraded to 2.1 ??????
