automation scripts to CTS eanpoints

hi all

i'm a qa tester.

resentliy out compnay got CTS500 and CTS1300 to test

i can access the CLI commands (via putty)

there i can make calls end call and see the call state

i wonder if there is any tool that can make this things automatically

and more then that?

i don't have access to the CUCM just to the CTS's

Hi Shai,

We have normally used Java frameworks to perform actions on CTS or basic shell/Expect scripts, depends what you want to achieve.

Placing calls and checking status can be easily done with shell and expect scripts.

can you me an exmple of how you use it in java frameworks?

do you install any plugin in java? how to i acess it(the CTS) in java?
