Since you can see the proximity icon in the upper left corner, I doubt the screen is your problem, it's more likely the camera from whatever location you're seeing in that shot. Connect a laptop to the IX and push the display to that screen and see if you still see that shadow - I'm guessing you won't.
If you do - call TAC, you will probably need a new screen.
