I assume you're speaking of TMSXE integration?

There have been a few discussion on this in the forums, maybe one of them might be able to give you some information, but looking at some of what's been discussed, it looks like it might not be straight forward or easy to accomplish if at all possible.

Hi,

This can be achieved I have tested in lab with TMSXE,TMS and TCS configuration.

There are two perspective of this which depends how you have configured TCS and how it has been integrated with VCS i.e as a gateway or as a terminal.

There is one more consideration whether you want individual users should have there recording alias or you want common alias for users who will use TCS.
