Buen día, instale la cámara PTZ según este esquema adjunto, el puerto LAN de la cámara no responde y no tengo control de la cámara, no encienden los led en el puerto que puede estar ocasionando esta falla ?

Are you certain that you are connecting the ethernet cables to the correct ports. The "ethernet switch" in the diagram above should just be a small switch that is connected between the two cameras and the camera port on the codec. This is not your normal LAN connection, which needs to be connected to the Network (LAN) port.

Have you tried it with just the PTZ4K camera connected by itself (without the switch and quad cam) to make sure that it's not the camera or the intermediate cables that are faulty?

Just making sure that you checked that the camera is powered? Does it have its power cord connected, and confirmed that it is active?
If the camera is powered properly, and the light still does not come on, then the camera could be faulty. You'd need to arrange a replacement through the TAC.
