C 20 Camera not working

we have c 20  . Camera Orange Light Continous ON but Camera not show self View .  

we plug directly with LCD but same status .

Hi Yasir,

We have identified a known issue with the Precision HD 1080p 4x cameras. Please go through this document for more details :

The issue is due to the camera not booting up. You will need to manually reboot the camera as mentioned in the document above. You can use the following files to manually upgrade the camera :

For USB      :       https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-25088

For Serial     :       https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-25127

Hi Yasir,

As said by Mr. Akhtar, its known issue , if you face any issues upgrading the unit open a TAC case and we will assist you.

Also make sure that the unit is upgraded to TC 5.1.3
