C20 Mic input levels

Hi there,

How do i configure the MIC input levels on a Cisco C20 unit.

The mic levels are very soft compared to all out other C20's.

Hi,

   The C20 has no configuration to increase the mic input level as present in other C-series codecs.

   I understand from your query that other C20's have higher input as compared to one being talked about.

  Try swapping the mics if you have in spare to check if it is not mic issue.
