C20 Touchpad not pairing to the codec

Hi guys,

We have a C20 working fine and reachable in the network (I am able to log in to it via HTTP).

We are trying to pair the Touchpad to the codec, but it does not recognize it.

Any ideas?

Easy way to resolve your issue is make C20 to factory defaults
