C40- DVI Input - Audio

Does the DVI input of a C40 accept audio throught that port if it is embedded?

No. See page 10 of the Physical Interface Guide for pinout details.

DVI is Video Only - it does not support Audio.

You will need to use the Line-in connectors to feed the audio in to the codec for your DVI Video source.

If you're using HDMI, then HDMI in 2 supports audio input as well as the video.
