Hi all,

We are installing a C60 codec and we have acces with remote control, touch screen, but we can´t acces by web.

We open a web page with the ip addres of the Codec, but no open the admnistracio page.

I test doing a telnet to port 80, 8080, and 443 but not open.

C60 Codec

TC 7.1.4

It sounds like the HTTP and HTTPS services may be disabled on that device.

If you have Telnet (or ssh) access to the system, you can check this with the "xConfiguration NetworkServices" command - they're likely showing Off rather than On.

You can change them to On with a similar command, ie xConfiguration NetworkServices HTTP Mode: On

Normally codecs have SSH on by default, Telnet however is typically disabled.  However, since you said you have access to the system via the remote, you can find the NetworkServices settings in the advanced configuration section of the OSD menu.  If the HTTP/S services are already on, than something else might be an issue, such as something between you and the system that is preventing you from accessing it, like a firewall in your network.  Worse case you could try to factory reset the codec and see if that resolves it, but that is worse case since it will clear all your configurations and set the codec completely back to default settings.
