dears,
i have ONLY a c60 unit and i want to make a public calls( internet) ,, i have a local ip adress and its nated to a public ip adress please advise on how to do the set-up

If you set your H.323 CallSetup Mode to Direct you should be able to dial directly to an IP address out on the Internet.
You can do this via the web interface, or with the following CLI comand:
xconfiguration H323 Profile CallSetup Mode: Direct

In addition to what Wayne said; if it's running TC4.2 or later, then you are also able to do both H.323 and SIP URI dialling; i.e. 123456@mycompany.com or 123456@IP_address_of_their_gatekeeper/VCS
However, if anyone wants to call you, then they can only do this by calling the public IP address of your system.
