C90 codec Conferencing with multi party

I have a public IP connected to C-90 at customer location and he want the VC with other four or five 

location with different public IP . My question is how many outbound public IP's can C-90 dial and put all 

four locations in conference with out any bridge or MCU. please give us some solution.

C90's support up 4-way video conferences meaning the host C90 + 3 additional locations. For more than that you will need to add a conference bridge into the mix.
